Membership Levels/Webinar Benefits

The following webinar benefits replace all IAAP individual, Founding Member and organizational member benefit programs or discounts as they relate to webinars. For a complete list of benefits by membership type, see details at the IAAP Membership Levels/Benefits.

Individual Members – Professional, Professional - Emerging & Developing Economies, Student

Each individual member receives access to up to three educational events of their choosing.  Members can select one live broadcast and up to two archived webinars during their full year of membership.
  • Members will need to fill out a form to request their access code for the webinar or archive desired providing at least 10 business days advance notice.  IAAP member contact id (found on your profile page after login) and email address matching membership email address will be required at time of submission.
  • Webinars or archives not used within the membership year will not roll over.
  • Registrants of a live broadcast will receive the archived recording after the completion of the broadcast date. (Contingent upon a successful recording being created.)
  • Use this form to request access to your complimentary webinar/archive:  Link to Individual Member webinar/archive request form
  • Any IAAP member who renewed after:
    • 4/1/16 but before 7/1/16 is eligible for one archived webinar prior to their membership expiration date.
    • 7/1/16 but before 10/1/16 is eligible for one live broadcast and one archived webinar prior to their membership expiration date.
    • 10/1/16 is eligible for one live broadcast and two archived webinars prior to their membership expiration date. 
    • Upon renewal, members are eligible for the three educational events of their choosing during that membership year.

Organizational Members

All member levels for Corporate and Not-for-Profit, Government Agency, Educational Institution organizational members will receive access to the IAAP webinar archive library included in membership at no additional cost.
  • Access to these educational resources are available only to employees listed under the IAAP organizational membership record.
  • Organizational members will need to be logged in to the IAAP website to access the links to the registration forms for the complimentary archived webinars. Platinum and Gold Organizational Members Only

  • Platinum and Gold Corporate members also receive access to all live webinar broadcasts in addition to the access to the webinar archive library during their membership year.
  • Platinum and Gold organizational members will need to be logged in to the IAAP website to access the links to the registration forms for the complimentary live broadcast webinars. Instructions for registration can be found at the Live Broadcast Registration for Members section of the website.  If you have any questions, email webinars@accessibilityassociation.org..
  • For access to the complimentary archived webinars, Platinum and Gold Corporate members will need to be logged in to the IAAP website to access the links to the registration forms for the complimentary archived webinars.
