IAAP Opens Call for Nominations for 2019 Global Leadership Council
Are you interested in taking your involvement with IAAP to the next level? The IAAP Nominating Committee is seeking talented and driven individuals worldwide with skills in the areas of accessibility, marketing, finance, education, law and policy, and nonprofit management to fill four vacancies in the 2019 Global Leadership Council (GLC). The Call for Nominations is now open! The deadline to apply is September 21, 2018.
Candidates must be current members in good standing of IAAP for one full year, with a minimum of five years’ experience in accessibility or related fields. They should be passionate advocates on behalf of promoting the accessibility profession and plan to devote approximately five-seven hours per month to IAAP business including participation in quarterly GLC Meetings and any committee or other task force assignments. Attendance at one in-person meeting is desired.

Applicants will also be required to upload their current resume or CV and will need to consent to volunteer. The IAAP Nominations Committee will review all applications and interview eligible candidates to prepare the slate for presentation and approval to the Global Leadership Council.
