LATAM Chapter hosts training sessions on Digital Accessibility
On June 27-28th, a training on digital accessibility was carried out at the "Ciudad Digital Creativa" in Guadalajara City. This training program was designed for programmers and content creators working in the government of the state of Jalisco and its various municipalities: Guadalajara, Zapopan, Zapotlán and Tlaquepaque, among other. The training was sponsored by Microsoft Mexico with a goal of raising awareness among government officials about the importance of digital inclusion.
The event took place during the visit of James Thurston, G3ict Vice President who held several meetings with government officials from different units to continue fostering initiatives around Justice for All and Smartcities for all.
