Educational Training Database Submission Guidelines
IAAP permits the posting by Contributor and other users of notes, written works, images and videos or other communications, including, but not limited to, files, documents, and applications (collectively, “Contributions”) and the hosting, sharing, and/or publishing of such Contributions.
Contributor understands that whether or not such Contributions are published, IAAP does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any submissions.
Contributions Representations and Warranties
Contributor are solely responsible for your Contributions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. By submitting your or your organizations Contributions, YOU affirm, represent, and warrant that:
(1) YOU are the creator or have authority to post the resource and are owner of or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to share and to authorize IAAP and IAAP’s Users to use and distribute your Contributions as necessary to exercise the licenses granted by You in this Section and in the manner contemplated by IAAP and these Terms of Service;
(2) YOUR Contributions do not and will not: (a) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right or (b) slander, defame, libel, or invade the right of privacy, publicity or other property rights of any other person;
(3) your Contributions do not contain any viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code. VIOLATORS OF THESE THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LIABILITY.
AcknowledgementsYou will be asked that all presentation material, applications, platforms and any other tools associated with the submission are accessible.
Acknowledgement of 3rd Party Vetted Vendor Status: You will be asked that all material, applications, platforms and any other tools associated with the ETD submission is owned or has been approved by the owner of the content before submission.
