In this webinar, the presenter will share his experience working with an industry-leading consulting firm to create a Return on Investment (ROI) model that predicts the net benefit for improving access to your business's digital experiences. The framework of the model factors in benefits such as increased sales, improved brand image and decreased risk of litigation and includes the ROI of such activities as training, auditing, user testing and support.

He specializes in employing design thinking and usability testing to uncover opportunities for improving digital experiences earlier in the product development life-cycle.
