Speaker Bios:

Tammy Cosseboom is the Director of Sales at Deque Systems.  Tammy has 12 years of experience in the digital accessibility field and has a deep practical knowledge of the digital compliance standards, conformance documentation and the specific drivers that effect individual vertical markets.  She has moderated many accessibility panels, and hosted numerous events, seminars and webinars.

Kristina Launey is a Labor and Employment Litigation and Counseling Partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  As a Counselor, Trainer, and Litigator, Kristina partners with businesses to develop best practices and ensure compliance with federal and state employment and anti-discrimination laws, including Title VII, ADA, wage and hour laws, and California's FEHA, Unruh and Disabled Persons Act, among other laws.

Kristina is a member of Seyfarth's ADA Title III Specialty Team and blog co-creator and contributor; frequent writer and presenter on disability access issues. She uses her prior experience as a Deputy Legislative Counsel to publish articles, give presentations, and help employers understand, navigate, and implement the requirements of new legislation that impacts the way they do business in California.

Mark Stimson is an expert and leader in digital accessibility with 19-years of accessibility experience and a doctorate in cognitive psychology.  Mark’s passion is to make healthcare fully inclusive using technology.  His methodologies include: standards implementation (including WCAG 2.0 and Section 508), utilizing successful accessibility API’s (such as Apple’s Accessibility API), and focusing on the experience of individuals with disabilities across disability types.

Mark strongly believe that an organization can only achieve full inclusion and comply with disability laws and regulations by making accessibility a part of everyone’s role; through education and building accessibility compliance into the development/procurement process.
