Proof of residency may be required.  To qualify for an Emerging & Developing Economies (E&D) membership, you must reside in one of the countries on the qualifying list.  Regardless of citizenship status, if you work or reside in a non-qualifying country, you do not qualify for E&D membership status.  Please register as a Professional Member instead.
